Infinitec

Infinitec, a program of UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago, provides professional learning, resources, and technical assistance designed to build the capacity of staff and improve outcomes for all students.

Schools are continually working to maintain knowledgeable staff, provide meaningful professional learning, and respond to evolving compliance expectations. Staff turnover and limited training opportunities can make it difficult to maintain high-quality supports and achieve lasting outcomes. Infinitec helps organizations create sustainable systems that endure beyond individual employees by building staff expertise, creating consistency through shared knowledge and evidence-based practices, reducing compliance risk, preserving organizational knowledge, and improving access and participation for learners of all abilities.

Infinitec members have access to more than 1,000 live and on-demand professional development opportunities for paraprofessionals and certified staff to support inclusive practices. Members can also utilize the ENGAGE Learning Management System to assign and track learning, as well as access customized professional learning pathways and badging opportunities. Additional learning opportunities include nationally recognized speakers and events, state-mandated training, networking and peer collaboration.
