Energizing Yoga

Energy Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-centered vinyasa practice designed to awaken your inner vitality and restore balance to body and mind. This class blends flowing sequences, mindful movement, and breathwork to help release tension, build strength, and improve flexibility. Expect a creative and energizing flow that moves seamlessly from one pose to the next, cultivating focus, endurance, and a deep sense of connection. Open to all levels, with modifications offered throughout. Yoga mats are included.

Overwater Wellness

Attendees have the chance to explore San Diego’s beautiful Mission Bay, just steps away from the Hyatt Regency San Diego. Overwater staff will provide you with equipment and life vest to enjoy your time out on the water. Whether you’re a seasoned water enthusiast or a first-timer, the water experience is open to all skill levels. The following options are available, please RSVP in advance, as space is limited and available on first come-first serve.

  • Option 1: Self-guided paddle boarding tour of the San Diego Mission Bay Marina.

  • Option 2: Guided tour of the San Diego Mission Bay Marina on single or tandem kayak. This will be a 60-minute guided tour of the marina.

Self-Guided Marina Walk

Begin your day with a peaceful stroll along San Diego’s marina. Follow scenic paths at your own pace, take in the sunrise, and enjoy the fresh coastal air. With provided maps to guide your way, you’ll discover the beauty of the bay while setting a calm, energizing tone for the day ahead.
