Thrive Therapies Group is a women-founded, mission-driven organization built by people who have lived the special education experience — a founder with a disability, leaders who are parents of children with disabilities, clinicians who sat in IEP meetings and felt the gap between what was promised and what was delivered. That lived experience isn't a footnote. It's the foundation of everything we build.

Thrive delivers a full continuum of school-based services — Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, School Psychology, Educational Diagnostics, Nursing, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, Audiology, Low Vision, and Mental Health Counseling — 100% in person, embedded in school communities across the United States. We are not a staffing agency. We are a clinical partner that measures itself by whether students get better.

Students served by Thrive perform 9.3 percentage points higher on state ELA assessments than peers not receiving services. More than 85% meet their IEP goals year over year. And 46% step down or exit services entirely — because independence is the goal, not dependency.
